Pumpkin Patch, Halloween, October 2014

Fall always brings about busyness in the McCormick household, mainly because all of our efforts are use to be focused on the Ole Miss Rebels Football team and where they were going that weekend. We still keep up with most of those games at home, but throwing a 4 year old in the mix, who also has a demanding social calendar, takes top priority these days! So, October flew by as we traveled to Oxford, Lydia traveled to the Coast, we had a ton of birthday parties to attend, and of course the pumpkin patch and halloween! I'll let the pictures speak for themselves....

Ole Miss vs. Alabama game 2014...... ESPN College Gameday finally made it to the grove. This was the set up Friday night. Campus was a buzz, really the whole town was!

We actually defeated the #1 team in the nation!!! It was so much fun to be there!

And naturally, we rushed the field, because everyone else was doing it ;)

It was a good weekend with friends and family!

And Lydia had a good time on the coast with SuSu and Bo! She was painting a pumpkin at the Ohr-O'Keefe museum here.

And my best friend's grandma was selected to be the game day fan of the week! I claim her as one of my own, so I was very proud of her! She is a rebel through and through and such a fine lady! She will always make Ole Miss proud!

She asks to paint multiple times a day and loves it! How can I say no to that sweet face?!

She wanted to pose with a canvas we did for a friend of ours.

Tailgating at home is very different..... and our stomach's may be getting too old for our old favorites! We waited until Lydia was asleep, like any good parent, to break out the junk food and enjoy the Rebs win over Texas A&M this year.

AP was ushering at church on Sunday, so naturally, he had a little helper. She was too cute walking around with the offering basket! She didn't understand why some people did not put anything in it, so she would ask them again.... sneaky little one collecting money!

She loves when "Baby Baylor" comes to play!!

Especially when he spends the night!

My sweet, sweet little man!

She loves to draw families and I think she pretty good too! And I love her creative outfit too ;)

My little artist!

He wanted a tie like Uncle Alan's

All the Troxler's (minus KK) made it to Oxford for the TN game!

She had so much fun at the parade!

Fins up!

You're never too old to sit on your dad's shoulders!

She loved the dance team, cheerleaders, and "princesses" (homecoming maids)

She said, "Look mama, it's a real princess!"

She lasted in the stadium until the 2nd quarter. She would have gone longer, it was just getting late.

Helping make sausage pinwheels.. She liked the biscuit part!

Helping in the yard

Changing her mind, for the 100th time, about what she wanted to be for Halloween.

Trying it all out. I believe she said this was CinderElsaFairy girl.

Birthday party fun!

School fun!

She loves getting mail!

And more mail!

We made it to the pumpkin patch!!

Sweet Friends
(Anthon, August, Lydia, Garrett, Morgan)

Sweet friends!

Our annual Scarecrow picture.

She had her first church performance! She was so excited and knew the songs, but acted all shy when she actually got up there. Silly girl!

Everyone came to see her :)

The teachers even dressed up for Halloween and Mrs. Heather borrowed L's pink crown!

Lyds took "Dress up for the Halloween Party at school" as "pick out everything I own that is pink and put it on today. She was so excited!

Sweet friends

They thought they were hiding

I know you were wondering, but ELSA made it as the costume of choice for Halloween!

Sweet Lila's dress up party. It was so fitting for her, that girl loves to dress up more than any other little girl!

And we got to trick or treat with our fun neighbors/BFF's!

Of course baby Patty made it around the neighborhood

She really did love making it back home (because it was freezing that night!) and handing out candy to the other kids!

She would have sat there forever if it wasn't bath/bed time!
