Wellsfest

Saturday, really all weekend, was a lazy day! We've been seeing the signs all week for Wellsfest in Jack-town, so we decided to go hang out there for the morning. It was a great time, I think Liddy will enjoy it more when she's a little older and can do most of the activities. 

*Side note, it didn't even feel like game day for the rebels..... As Alan kept saying, this is the first time since '99 that he's missed a Bama game... but lets be honest, I could not really get fired up about playing the number one team in the country, just off of winning a national championship. But since the game wasn't until 8:30, we had all day to play. By the time we bathed Lyds and put her down for the night, my game face was on and we actually had a good game to watch! Thanks for the fun game Rebels, I'm sorry I doubted you. Hotty Toddy!

There was a horse and Pony ride set up so of course she saw the horse and instantly wanted to go see. She wasn't so sure about riding though. Once she got on and Alan was standing beside her, she was fine.

Until about half way around, the little pony decided he needed to shiver and shake.

And this was the result.... a screaming/crying baby!

Our friends Boston, Carter, and Finley met us there and we had a blast! I didn't get very many pics with her friends, but Kate, Madeleine, and Branton came too. It was fun seeing all the kids together (even if they all ran in different directions!)

She liked scooping the ducks out of the pool.

And the hit of the day.... a big pile of dirt! The kids loved it!

B and C had to go help Lyds out. So sweet B!

And to top it off.... Troxy shared his cotton candy!

After nap time, we had to wake up and get our gear on. It was a "Blue" day, so we all put on our blue!

We went to go visit Thatcher and out to eat and the rain started coming down some more. But me being the cool mom, let her run go play in it!

She had a blast!
